Frances Quinn and Hambleton Bakery
Hambleton Bakery is excited to announce a new co-operation with Frances Quinn, winner of The Great British Bake Off 2013. Frances is a fan of Hambleton Bakery, living in Market Harborough, who felt that she could add some of her creative energy to our continual search for new bakes and could help us communicate the health and taste benefits of our bread. Frances will be cooperating with us in the making of three films at the bakery and will be participating in a range of events over the coming months.

Quinntessential Jaffa Cakes
Following her recent success in breaking a world record by producing the world’s largest Jaffa Cake at Hambleton Bakery’s Exton headquarters, Frances Quinn (winner of the Great British Bake Off 2013) has created two ‘Quinntessential' jaffa cakes which are available in Hambleton Bakery stores now. Her favourite being a unique Rhubarb and Custard creation, using rhubarb jelly which is currently in season and a delicious vanilla bean white chocolate coating to represent the custard. Together with a twist on the traditional orange version, using marmalade in the jelly.
