This is a Wholemeal Russian Rye Bread, malty in flavour and dense in texture. As well as Wholemeal Rye Flour it also contains Coriander Seeds, Rye Malt and Sea Salt.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Borodinsky Bread is only available on a Friday and Saturday.
