The bread is always amazing

The bread is always amazing. The staff are lovely. However I’m the lady who two days before Christmas asked you to keep me a loaf as I couldn’t get to the shop as early as you need to because I was was at the hospital for a bowel cancer appointment (at which I was diagnosed). I was told if you made an exception for me, you’d have to do it for everyone. Thanks. 🥲
