INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS: Currants (Sulphites), Wheat Flour, Margarine, Demerara Sugar, Rum, Muscovado Sugar, Water, Sugar, Butter (Milk), Salt, Lemon Juice. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.

Eccles cakes plus

I would have preferred slightly less filling and a slightly thicker case. The balance was not quite right for me.The taste however was lovely.

Excellent Eccles Cakes

We have often bought a few Eccles Cakes from the bakery but this time wanted to buy 12 for a friend's shooting party. The arrangements for the party changed a few times but the bakery were able to supply without any fuss with our amendements.
