12th Night Cake is a bread dough enriched with fruits and spices, topped with marzipan and icing. It is not dissimilar to the Italian panettone; and traditionally served on the 5th January.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS: Flour (GLUTEN ) MILK, Currants, Sultanas (SULPHITES), Golden Syrup, Butter (MILK) Marzipan (NUTS),Lard, Demerara Sugar, Mixed Peel, Mixed Spice, Nutmeg, Water, Tea. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE NUT PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED.

12th night cake received as a present.

Beautiful wrapping and educational label however expires the morning after 12th night so opened on Boxing Day but found it stale and inedible.
Such a disappointment from such a well renowned bakery.

Good but dry

Nice tasting cake and great marzipan but the cake was noticeably dry which was a shame. Maybe we were expecting a more moist Christmas type cake. We ate it the day after we collected it otherwise we might have thought it was a bit stale.
