12th Night Cake is a bread dough enriched with fruits and spices, topped with marzipan and icing. It is not dissimilar to the Italian panettone; and traditionally served on the 5th January.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS: Flour (GLUTEN ) MILK, Currants, Sultanas (SULPHITES), Golden Syrup, Butter (MILK) Lard, Demerara Sugar, Mixed Peel, Icing Sugar, Nutmeg, Water, RYE Flour. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE NUT PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED.
