Eccles cakes plus

I would have preferred slightly less filling and a slightly thicker case. The balance was not quite right for me.The taste however was lovely.

Excellent Eccles Cakes

We have often bought a few Eccles Cakes from the bakery but this time wanted to buy 12 for a friend's shooting party. The arrangements for the party changed a few times but the bakery were able to supply without any fuss with our amendements.

Really enjoy these traditional Eccles cakes as do most of my family. Just like the ones my mother used to buy when I was a child many many years ago!
