It never arrived

I ordered and paid for this, along with some other items from the Stamford shop. The custard tart was completely missing from my order and I was double charged for the rest of my order as the shop asked my husband to pay again. My guests had to go without pudding. Not the usual standard of service from Hambleton bakery. However, they did send a voucher to apologise.
