Head Baker Julian Carter travelled down to London last week to collect the bakeries National Bakery County Award from the Bakery Business Magazine Awards ceremony.
We might not have bagged the Regional win this year, but we are still super proud of our team, as without all their hard work, dedication, skill and enthusiasm, we wouldn't be recognised within this growing competitive industry.
